On December 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., the new VBB-RadPark facility at Dahlewitz station was officially opened – together with Michael Schwuchow, the mayor of the municipality. This provides all cyclists with a convenient and secure option for parking their bikes directly at the station.

42 secure parking slots – easy to book via app

The new facility on the east side of the station offers 42 theft-proof and weather-protected bike parking slots that can be booked via the ParkYourBike app. This makes commuting by bike and train even easier:

Dahlewitz station is a central transport hub in the south of Berlin and ideal for commuters who want to combine cycling and rail travel. The new RadPark facility further expands the bicycle infrastructure in Brandenburg – an important step towards sustainable mobility.

*Until February 28, 2026, anyone interested can try out the facility and protected parking free of charge at the short-term tariff (24 hours). From March 1, 2026, the chargeable tariff of €1.00 will also apply to 24-hour parking.

How to use it

1.    Install the ParkYourBike app, register, and add a payment method.

2.    Select the “Dahlewitz - Bahnhof (Ostseite)” location.

3.    Select the rental period, book a parking slot, and park safely.
