As of today, ParkYourBike's customer support is being backed by a chatbot based on artificial intelligence (AI) in a pilot operation. User queries and concerns are recorded by the chatbot and answered using ParkYourBike-specific information.
In future, the friendly ParkYourBike service bot will be the point of contact for our users for all inquiries relating to the service. If it is unable to help, the ParkYourBike team can be contacted quickly and easily. The service bot can be found in the app under the menu item Profile -> Support and will also be available on the website in due course.
Efficiency and quality through AI
Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence in customer service, inquiries can be answered even more efficiently. The service bot, which is trained exclusively with ParkYourBike-specific content, uses a learning language model to recognize more quickly what assistance users need and can provide the best possible support by answering independently or, if necessary, referring them to the ParkYourBike team.
Technically, this is all done using natural language processing (NLP), which enables the AI to understand the context of the language and process it further. To do this, the relevant information from the ParkYourBike knowledge database is combined and provided to the user as an answer.
This means that the service bot can provide support for a wide range of queries as far as possible on its own and help users promptly, around the clock and in the best possible way to answer their concerns. In addition to German and English, the chatbot can also understand many other languages and responds accordingly.

Alongside the introduction of the service bot, ParkYourBike's contact form will also be supported by AI in the future, making it even more user-friendly. When an inquiry is entered, the appropriate response options are also displayed immediately. This avoids long searches through extensive frequently asked questions and increases customer satisfaction.
